Being a long time flower consumer the idea of cannabis vaporizers never really appealed to me. A few years ago I started to get alot of requests to make a Doja vape, as I’m writing this all in one disposable vapes are the fastest growing sector of the market. As a passionate cannabis entrepreneur, i realized that there is a way to make a high level product in every category and so i accepted the challenge to create a vaporizer that lives up to the Doja standard. First and foremost I decided that in order to feel comfortable and confident about the product that it needed to be sourced from a single origin. This means that 100 percent of the live resin used came from a single farm that is tightly affiliated with our company. Secondly with all of the recent news of pesticide and mold infested vape products I knew that we needed to use a safe product that was cultivated using 100 percent organic inputs and by operators with deep knowledge in the field of integrated pest management. Additionally to the production process, having a cool lineup of exciting and exclusive genetics was important to me being that our group is known for innovation in strain development. Lastly I contemplated on the delivery and came to the conclusion that we need proprietary, custom made hardware that is more sleek and that out performs other devices on the market so in early 2024 I met with Batch to help me conceptualize the vision. Together we designed a high fashion digital screen adjustable temp vaporizer and with Batch’s connections we put the idea into production. After carefully exploring our options for sources we partnered with Higher Vibrations, a fully organic farm in the Gold Country of Northern California. Higher Vibrations adopted the organic operating procedures from the Duke of Erb and with the help of a dedicated crew of mostly family and a perfect growing season from Mother Nature, Higher Vibrations and the Duke crushed the 2024 harvest. The genetic lineup was a tasteful mix of strains from Duke of Erb and a few from Fiya Farmer as well as a handful industry staples. Higher Vibrations farm has freezers on site and all of the material was harvested and frozen instantly where it is held in a preserved state until we process the plants into live resin to fill our vaporizers. After rigorous testing our hardware was approved for production and with certified laboratory analysis our finished product was proven to be clean and pure. Single source product, exclusive genetics, cutting edge hardware, head changing power and pure organic flavor; these vapes checked all of the boxes that I set out to achieve.
